Today I am going to post various web based proxy which might be helpful in that. Just for those who do not remember, web based proxy actually allow you to surf a website through them, ie. they connect to original server, give you data by their proxy hence allowing to access restricted website like orkut behind firewall.How to access blocked websites like Facebook, MySpace, Bebo at school or office?
This article suggests workarounds to help you unblock access to restricted websites at universities, school and offices.

If its still Blocked :
# To access blocked website, type the IP number instead of the URL in the browser address bar. To get the IP type in DOS prompt e.g
C:\ ping http://aniscartujo.com
Or ping URL It will responde with the IP address.
#You can access blocked or restricted websites by using
Yahoo Babelfish or Google Translate language tools as a proxy server.
